The Rules

Every day (Mon–Sat IST) a new word drops at 00:01 IST. Sundays are themed — one prompt tied to a mood, era, or vibe. You get one submission per IST day.

You click REVEAL. From that instant you have 60 seconds to type a sentence that uses the word. Submit → Gemini scores you → you go on the board.

Usage (0–50) — does the sentence actually mean what the word means, in a way a stranger would parse without a dictionary?

Creativity (0–35) — imagery, wit, structure. "Nice" gets you 4. Rhea gets you 30.

Speed (0–15) — faster after REVEAL = more points. Sub-20-second submissions max this out.

Golden Minute · +10 — first submission of the IST day, within the first 60 seconds after midnight IST, gets a flat +10 bonus.

If your sentence is too similar to the sample sentence (Jaccard shingle similarity ≥ 0.6), your score is capped at 25. The submission still lands, but you don't get to podium off a copy.

Yes, we can tell. The check runs before scoring.

Daily, weekly, and all-time leaderboards use only word-of-the-day submission scores. Duels don't count. Reactions don't count. XP doesn't count. Nothing else counts.

The daily leaderboard is hidden from you until you submit. No spoiling, no farming top scores.

The weekly board freezes on Sunday 20:00 IST when Leeties air.

Duels are a Wordle-style 1v1 from a static 1,000-word bank. Duel wins/losses have their own Elo and their own board. They never touch the daily/weekly/all-time leaderboards.

You get one emoji reaction per sentence. Tap a different emoji to swap. Tap the same one to remove. Author gets +2 XP per fresh reaction.

Automatic soft-DQ: copy-paste cap (see above). Repeated flagged submissions can trigger a manual review.

Manual DQ: multi-accounting, scripted submissions, harassment in public sentences, or anything else designed to break the vibe.

Mohd Tanzil reserves the right to disqualify anyone at his sole discretion. This is a hobby project run by one guy. Play fair or play elsewhere.

Keystroke replays are only saved for sentences you post publicly, and only for 90 days. Everything else stays on your account.
